The front office staff were rude, unwelcoming and singularly unhelpful. They were so inflexible about their processes. I couldn’t convince them to bill me for all my incidentals and my room charges at the end of the stay. The spa is separate from the hotel but uniformly rude, uninterested in any form of service. I was refused service even after a made an appointment and came down in time for my service because we had to pay in advance. I had to go back to my room and rebook and pay first. I did communicate with the manager as well about the poor service levels but they chose to do nothing about it and ignored the feedback, suggestions and complaints. Definitely do not recommend. I would never stay there again.
